Instructions:

Take a small bottle and mix baking soda with water in a ratio 1:3.  The quantity of the ingredients depends on the length of your hair. For longer hair, use 3 tablespoons of baking soda and 9 tablespoons of water.

When done, apply the shampoo on your hair, from the roots to the hair ends. Let it work for a few minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.

Then, you should rinse the hair once again, this time using apple cider vinegar.  Mix apple cider vinegar and water in a ratio 1:4 and add some essential oil, if needed. Tilt the head backwards so that the solution doesn’t get into your eyes.

Note: You can either prepare the ACV solution right after having washed the hair with the baking soda shampoo or prepare it in advance and keep at hand.

The first effects are noticeable after the very first treatment! After a while, your hair will start growing like crazy and you will be able to see that its quality has significantly improved.
