Researchers find 4 cups of ginger tea relieves arthritis pain. This is how to make it

Ginger has been revered in many countries worldwide and has been long used in both traditional and folk medicine.  It also holds special place in many cuisines due to its unique flavor.

However, its healing properties have started getting quite a bit of medical attention.  This amazing herb has been found to relieve nausea and vomiting as well as dizziness and symptoms of morning sickness. What`s more, some research suggests that ginger extract are able to alleviate the symptoms of menstrual pain, too.

Despite the fact that there is enough scientific evidence to support these benefits, there is mounting evidence for additional benefits which vary from curing a hangover to enhancing the function of the respiratory system.

Ginger Treats Arthritis

While ginger is famous for being a sort of cure-all, it is the most popular for its ability to treat arthritis, particularly rheumatoid arthritis.

The powerful anti-inflammatory properties of ginger have been thorough studies and many scientists have compared their effectiveness to that of ibuprofen, celecoxib, and other pharmaceutical products.

It has been found that ginger is actually superior to pharmaceuticals in regard to relieving arthritis pain. As explained, ginger suppresses the inflammation-causing molecules called leukotrienes, which in turn shuts down the inflammatory genes.  This makes ginger more effective than painkillers used for arthritis; since they only block the enzymes which cause pain whilst ginger fixes the underlying problem.

Additionally, painkillers are accompanied with a wide range of side effects, such as allergic reactions, hypertension, kidney damage, gastrointestinal problems, and heart problems. On the other hand, ginger is completely safe to use.

According to a 2012 study,  Eurovita Extract 77, a specific ginger extract, reduced inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis cells as efficiently as steroids. It has been also shown to alleviate pain during walking and standing.

Researchers suggest taking 255 mg of Eurovita Extract 77 two times a day or simply drink 4 cups of ginger tea on a daily basis. Here is how to make it!
