How To Eat Pumpkin Seeds To Kill Intestinal Parasites, Tapeworms And Other Worms In 3 Days

Parasites like human intestinal worms are quite common problem these days. This article presents a natural remedy for tapeworms and other parasites, but first let`s go through the problem of parasites and one of the most common symptoms in the first place.

Human Intestinal Parasites

There are many ways in which parasites enter our bodies, including through contaminated water or food, intimate contact, through the nose or mouth after touching a contaminated surface, and mosquitoes.

While a healthy body has its own mechanism of preventing the parasite from getting inside, in case of weak immune system the body fails to deal with them properly and they turn into a big problem.

The symptoms often mimic other health issues, which make the problem difficult to diagnose. But, in case you have more of the symptoms below, the chances are you have intestinal parasites.

Common Intestinal Parasite Symptoms

1. Bloating and Gas

Bloating and excessive gas are often result of parasitic infection of the gastrointestinal tract.  This is because tapeworms and other parasites cause blockages in the digestive system, manifested by the symptoms above.

2. Frequent Diarrhea

Protozoan infection and other parasite infestations produce a compound which leeches chloride and sodium from the body, leading to frequent diarrhea.

3. Constipation

Given that parasites cause blockages in the digestive system, meaning that they block the free passage of food and waste, the affected person often experiences constipation. If left untreated, chronic constipation may lead to much serious problems.

4. Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Worms bind to intestinal walls, causing inflammation and irritation that leads to poor nutrient absorption, contractions, and gastrointestinal spasms, all of which are symptoms of IBS.

5. Fatigue

Poor nutrient absorption and the stress on the body due to infection of intestinal worms often lead to chronic fatigue and low-energy levels.  Parasitic infections often go undiscovered for a long time, given that this symptom is extremely difficult to diagnose.

6. Allergies

As mentioned above, parasites can cause inflammation and irritation in the gastrointestinal tract, which makes digestion difficult and the person becomes more prone to allergic reactions. Improving your intestinal environment is the key to solving this issue, not taking drugs!

7. Weak Immune System

Given that parasites steal energy and nutrients from the gastrointestinal tract, this lack of nutrition may lead to poor immunity.  Since parasites also stimulate an immune response on constant basis, this problem may turn into an exhausted immune system over time.

Treating Parasites

While parasites are difficult to diagnose,  having problems like poor immunity, low-energy, fatigue, and digestive problems, indicates that there might be something going on that seeks medical attention.

Papaya and pumpkin seeds are the two traditional remedies for articles.  This article focuses on pumpkin seeds and how to use them to treat intestinal worms.

Using Pumpkin Seeds To Get Rid of Intestinal Worms

Pumpkin seeds have been long used as anthelmintic, a substance that helps remove intestinal parasites. It is recommended to follow the treatment with bentonite clay or diatomaceous earths to ensure as many worms as possible are removed during deworming.

Instructions:

  • Blend a cup of raw pumpkin seeds along with half a cup of water and half a cup of fresh coconut milk, which is beneficial for intestinal health.
  • Begin by blending the coconut milk and then add the water in small amounts in order to make a smooth and creamy paste.
  • Take the mixture out of the blender using a silicon spatula.
  • Add a pinch of seasalt or Himalayan salt for taste, and eat this on an empty stomach.
  • Drink a glass of water with a teaspoon of diatomaceous earth or bentonite clay within an hour.
  • Drink a few glasses of water over the next hours.
  • During the cleanse, take up to a tablespoon of castor oil, preferably at least two hours after eating the pumpkin seeds mixture.
  • To keep the gut flora healthy and prevent the parasites from taking control over the digestive tract, take quality probiotics when doing the cleanse.
  • Treatment Time

Some people get the wanted results with one treatment, but sometimes it takes making the mixture a few times to be effective.

For optimal results, take the treatment on an empty stomach for two or three days. Do a 1-week break and then repeat the following week. It is recommended to follow the treatment for up to a month.

The Cancer Dies When You Eat These Five Foods, It’s Time To Start Eating Them

Those are the 5 high-quality foods which can make cancer treatment much more effective and even prevent future cancer increase if they are consumed on a regularly daily basis.

Another good news are, those ingredients are delicious and enjoyed for everyday food. Is there anyone who doesn’t like black chocolate, red wine, blueberries, tomatoes, or green tea?

The physiological process of blood vessel formation during the early phases of fetal development is called – angiogenesis.

This process occurs throughout our lives, more specific, any time there is a damage in our blood vessels thru cuts, burns or other injuries.

It’s not only for forming new blood vessels, it underlies much of the growth and spread of cancer.

This process is orchestrated by so-called activators and inhibitors.

The role of these molecules is the regulation of this process.

More often the inhibitors are very important, but then the activators of antiogenesis become necessary in order to stimulate the increased vascular cell growth for the formation of new blood vessels.

The 5 foods we present today contain strong anti – angiogenesis properties, and they hinder the supply of the blood to the cancer cells.

These are The 5 Cancer – Fighting Foods

1. Red Wine
Red wine owes its anti – cancer properties to a potent antioxidant – Resveratrol. This amazing antioxidant can be found in the grape skins. Besides its numerous health benefits, it also reduces the risk of heart disease, improves glucose tolerance, boosts energy level and mental alertness.

Only 225 ml/7.5 fl oz of red wine delivers around 640 mcg of resveratrol. There are resveratrol supplements which can be easily used instead of wine, especially in combination with grapes. These supplements are usually taken in doses of 200 – 600 mcg per day.

2. Blueberries & Raspberries
Apart from their delicious taste, those fruits are super effective in the preventation against many cancers, especially to ovarian cancer. They have been proved to reduce oxidative stress and stop the angiogenesis. Their dark color is because of the phytochemicals, which in fact protect from cancer.

3. Dark chocolate
As we know dark chocolate is beneficial for preserving your heart health, and even if you are fighting against cancer. Furthermore, it improves the mood.

4. Coffee and Green Tea
These two energy boosters are extremely beneficial, and may also help in the struggle against different kinds of cancer.

5. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are rich in lycopene, which is anti – angiogenic. It is easily dissolved in the fat and absorbed through the digestive tract. When tomatoes are processed under high temperature or cooked with oil, the amount of lycopene in increased.

Immediately Start Consuming These 15 Foods To Avoid The Possibility Of Stroke!! (Reducing The Chance by 75%)

If you want to decrease the risk of having a stroke, type 2 diabetes or coronary heart disease this might help you. According to new research that had great results, all you need to do is to add a new habit in your life.

All you need to do is to consume additional 100 milligrams of magnesium every day.

And it is very simple, you can do that via the food you consume.

Benefits of Magnesium

Chinese researchers from Zhengzhou University and at Zhejiang University discovered that one million people from 9 countries consumed the magnesium.

And the results were such that these participants had 26% lower risk of diabetes – type 2, and 10 % lower risk of coronary heart disease and up to 12 % of the lower risk for stroke.

Taking into consideration this recent research, Fudi Wang, Ph.D., the lead study author explains that the low levels of magnesium are linked with the range of diseases.

However, there is no conclusive evidence for the link between risk when it comes to your health and dietary magnesium.

According to the meta-analysis which gives current evidence and with that supports the connection between the role the magnesium has when it comes to the reduction of the possibility of disease and food.

He believes that the finding from  the researchers will be crucial for informing the public. And also for the policy makers when it comes to dietary guidelines in order to reduce the deficiency of magnesium and related risk about the health.

The current guidelines recommend that women should intake 270 mg on of magnesium on a daily basis and men should intake around 300 mg of magnesium.

According to the statement that Fudi Wang made in the news release in the Medical Xpress, even though this is recommended the magnesium deficiencies are still very common and they actually affect from 1.5 to 15 % of the population.

These researchers hope that maybe this information will not only serve to encourage people to consume sufficient amount of magnesium, but that it would also provoke the policy makers to make a change in the dietary guidelines.

And with that, we can reduce the cases of magnesium deficiency-related diseases.

Science Took a Wrong Turn Not Connecting The Heart Issues to Low Magnesium

The outcome of the innovate review made in 2013, discovered that from 1937 when it comes to cardiovascular disease, not the intake of considerable amount of saturated fat or high cholesterol, but the low levels of magnesium are the primary cause of many aspects of disease of the heart.

The author and research scientist Andrea Rosanoff, Ph.D., conducted the 10 year review.  This review is based on previous research from Dr. Mildred Seelig.

Actually Seelig for more than forty years studied the relationship between the cardiovascular disease and magnesium.

According to her, many studies connect the low magnesium with known cardiovascular risk factors like high blood pressure, arterial plaque build-up i.e. atherogenesis, cholesterol, the calcification of the tissues that are soft and with the hardening of arteries.

According to this, we have been going after high- saturated fat diet and cholesterol for all this time, and the real cause of the problem was low magnesium all along.

Rosanoff states that even from 1957, there has been evidence that low magnesium is the cause of the calcification of soft tissues and also of atherogenesis.

However, nobody took this into consideration and everybody actually ignored this,  because they wanted to fight against high saturated fat and cholesterol.

Although the research was evident the scientists took a wrong turn. With that they created a route about the approach on the cardiovascular issues and heart disease.

The result from this were many people and entire populations with failure to balance the calcium intake with the magnesium intake.

Rosanoff asserts that according to studies when there is not even amount of magnesium and calcium intake that actually results with increased risk of heart diseases.

See What Happens to Your Body When You Eat 3 Dates Daily

Although dates are not considered a member of the “superfoods” family, they are still incredibly nutritious and healthy. Apart from the fact that they are packed with large amounts of natural sugars, dates also contain fiber and various minerals and vitamins.

Dates are highly versatile and can be used in many different ways. You can eat them as a snack, you can use them in raw desserts, or simply add them to your smoothies and salad dressings. When you buy these sweet fruits, it is very important to choose the organic variety that is free of  any added sugar.

Here is what happens if you add only 3 dates to your daily diet:

1. Improve Digestive Health

Dates are rich in soluble fiber, which is crucial for your digestive health because it draws water to the digestive tract. This ensures better bowel movement and cleanses the digestive system, which practically makes dates a natural remedy for constipation. Dates are also full of potassium, a mineral that can help reduce diarrhea symptoms. Eating dates regularly also stimulates the growth of good bacteria in the stomach.

2. Help and Prevent Anemia

Anemia is a decrease in red blood cells or hemoglobin in the blood. It can also be defined as an inability of the blood to carry oxygen. The most common symptoms of anemia include fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, poor ability to exercise, confusion etc. There are different causes of anemia, but iron deficiency is probably the most common. Dates contain a good amount of iron, which makes them ideal in the fight against anemia.

3. Bone, Blood and Immune System Health

Dates also contain essential minerals such as magnesium, manganese, and selenium, which are important for the bones, blood, and the immune system.

4. Energy Boost

Dates can raise you energy levels instantly due to their high content of natural sugars such as fructose, sucrose, and glucose, as well as fiber.

5. Heart Health

Dates are a good source of potassium, which is important for heart health. Potassium reduces the risk of stroke and can lower your LDL (also known as bad) cholesterol.

6. Alleviate Allergic Reactions

This probably sounds surprising for most of us, but according to a study published in 2002, dates contain organic sulfur compounds that may relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergies.

BONUS RECIPE!

We recommend you to make this healthy, raw, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, protein-rich ENERGY DATE CHOCOLATE BAR that contains numerous healthy ingredients (including dates).
